Foreign company is one and GOV job is another ( depends on the unit and mission)
TWN enterprise is bad where you need to stay late to show hardworking to Boss and boss like it.
It is not related to your productivy or capabilities (though sometimes it is), it matters about boss and comments on you.
Lot Engineering staff stay late just eat and sufing on the web to please BOSS which I must say works alot for most of TWN Boss.
The problem is management,culture and appraisal
. IF the tradition and the BOss is upgrade in this way then you never think you should do another way to get your positive scores.
So, yes anNo is the answer.
